Kairing Martinez

is a dental professional with 18 years of experience. She finds the most fulfilling aspect of her work to be providing exceptional patient experiences. Her primary goal is to build strong relationships with patients to ensure their dental needs are fully met. She is dedicated to getting to know her patients personally and ensuring they receive high-quality care and attention. She enjoys interacting with patients and providing them with comprehensive information about their treatment options, insurance coverage, and financial choices. A family-oriented individual who values quality time, Kairing enjoys dancing and exploring nature.

Helen Monroy

With over 14 years of experience in dentistry, Helen Monroy is passionate about providing compassionate, attentive, and personalized care to every patient.

Helen believes that a smile can transform the way a person feels about themselves, positively impacting their confidence and self-esteem. She is committed to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment where patients feel respected, cared for, and confident throughout their dental experience.

At Cosmetic Smile Center, Helen works alongside a highly trained professional team with a shared commitment to excellence, patient comfort, and comprehensive oral health. She takes pride in helping each patient feel at ease while contributing to an experience that is both professional and genuinely personal.

Ivana Dacosta

Ivana Dacosta is our lead dental assistant.

Ivana  Da Costa Ruiz is a Venezuelan-trained dentist who received her Dental Degree from Universidad Santa María in Caracas, Venezuela, conferred in February 2019. Her professional training includes restorative and aesthetic dentistry, complemented by continuing education in dental aesthetics, digital dentistry, EXOCAD, restorative procedures, oral surgery, and multidisciplinary dental care.

Currently working as a Lead Dental Assistant in the United States, Ivana brings her dental education and clinical background into a comprehensive U.S. dental setting. Her hands-on experience includes chairside assistance in restorative, cosmetic, surgical, endodontic, and periodontal procedures, along with intraoral scanning, digital dental photography, temporary crown fabrication, radiology, whitening procedures, laboratory work, digital smile design, and clinical workflow management.

Working in U.S. dental practices while having a previous background as a dentist has allowed Ivana to further develop her experience with modern digital workflows and patient-centered care. She has a particular interest in restorative, cosmetic, and digital dentistry and approaches patient care with compassion and close attention to detail.

Her long-term professional goal is to continue her education and complete the necessary pathway to become a licensed dentist in the United States, building on both her international dental education and her clinical experience in the U.S. dental field.

Outside of her professional life, Ivana enjoys running, exploring new restaurants, spending quality time with her family and being by the ocean, which always been of her favorite places to relax and recharge.

Eliana Escobar

Outside of dentistry, Eliana is a devoted wife and proud mother of two boys. Spending quality time with her husband

Eliana is a Colombian dentist and orthodontist, graduate of Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá. She earned her dental degree in 2009, graduating #1 in her class, an achievement that earned her an academic award and a scholarship to pursue her specialty in Orthodontics, which she completed in 2013.

After practicing as an orthodontist for more than 12 years in Colombia, Eliana moved to the United States in 2025. She began her journey in U.S. dentistry as a pediatric dental assistant and, in January 2026, became a Florida-licensed Registered Dental Hygienist. Today, she continues to pursue her dream of becoming a licensed dentist in the United States.

Outside of dentistry, Eliana is a devoted wife and proud mother of two boys. Spending quality time with her husband and children is what she enjoys most, and she cherishes every opportunity to create special memories together as a family.

Jenny Vasquez

Jenny is a highly experienced Registered Dental Hygienist with over 17 years of experience providing personalized care in private and corporate dental settings throughout South Florida.

She earned her Associate in Science in Dental Hygiene from Broward College and her Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from St. Petersburg College, along with certification in Local Anesthesia from Miami Dade College.

Jenny combines clinical expertise with genuine compassion and attention to detail. She believes exceptional care begins with trust, listening, and understanding each patient’s unique needs. Her goal is to ensure every patient feels comfortable, valued, and confident while achieving a healthy, beautiful smile.
